Can the the word of God Jn10:35 be trusted? Can the Isaiah 55 word Is55:11 accomplish what it was commissioned Jn7:29 to do?
Can an unplanned event intrude into God’s creation plan?
Can evolutionary chance overrule Creator’s design? — Can human finite will prevail over Creator’s free will?
HE IS NOT LIKE A HUMAN
That He Should Repent
The trustworthy nature of the word of God is one of the undergirding themes of the Old Testament. This is what prophets Jeremiah, Samuel and Isaiah have to say.
11 Then the word of Yahweh came to me, saying, What do you see Jeremiah? And I answered, I see an almond tree-branch. 12 Yahweh said to me, You have done well in seeing, for I am alert over My word, to perform it. Jr1:11-12
Moreover, the Permanent One of Israel does not deal falsely, and the Holy One of Israel does not repent, for He is not like a human that He should repent. 1S15:29
Yahweh of hosts has sworn, saying: Assuredly, just as I have meant, so will it come to be, and just as I have counselled, that shall be confirmed. Is14:24
You imagined that I [El, Elohim, Yahweh Ps50:1] should become, yea become like you.Ps50:21
THE IMMUTABILITY OF HIS COUNSEL
It is impossible for God to lie
Is it possible for God to lie?
The author of Hebrews explains the nature of God’s oath Hb6:17.
16 For men are swearing by a greater, and to them an oath for confirmation is an end of all contradiction, 17 in which God, intending more superabundantly to exhibit to the enjoyers of the allotment of the promise the immutability of His counsel, interposes with an oath, 18 that by two immutable matters, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we may have a strong consolation, who are fleeing for refuge to lay hold of the expectation lying before us. Hb6:16-18
There is little else more fundamental to Christianity than the trustworthy nature of the word of God Jn10:35: the immutability of His counsel Hb6:17.

My word does what I desire
So shall My word be that shall go forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me empty, But rather it does what I desire And prospers in that for which I sent it. Is55:11
Yahweh is adamant: My word … does what I desire And prospers in that for which I sent it Is55:11.
If it is true that, By the word of Yahweh, the heavens were made, And by the spirit of His mouth, all their host Ps33:6, and if the Isaiah 55:11 word Is55:11 was commissioned to create the heavens and the earth Gn1:1 and a race in the [cannot be tempted with evil Ja1:13 KJV] image of Elohim Gn1:27, then, in a paraphrase of Isaiah 55:10-11 we may expect to read something like this.
So shall My word be that shall go forth from My mouth, commissioned Lk4:18 to create the heavens and the earth Gn1:1 and a race in the image of Elohim Gn1:27; It shall not return to Me empty, But rather it does what I desire—a cannot be tempted with evil Ja1:13 KJV image of Elohim Gn1:27, as in heaven, on earth also Mt6:10—And prospers in that for which I sent it.
